Shuki Kato

Born in, 1990, Shuki Kato first learned about origami around age 6 from John Montroll’s, “Origami for the Enthusiast” and shortly afterward began designing his own original models. In 2000 he became a member of OrigamiUSA and in college he lectured in small classes about origami design and taught simple origami models and folding techniques.
Outside of origami Shuki is avid golfer and enjoys studying about animals (primarily dinosaurs and insects) and is a fan of fantasy novels and Japanese manga and anime. Currently, he resides in Kalispell, MT.
