About Quentin
I was born in and raised in South Africa in 1977, where I learned origami from a Robert Harbin book at around age ten.
It was not until I joined the British Origami Society (BOS) in 2004 (I lived and worked in London for two years) that I started focusing on designing and diagramming more prolifically. My designs have been featured in numerous convention books and origami magazines around the world.
I have published three individual books so far: "Origami Sequence", published by Nicolas Terry (France 2010), "Origami Works of Quentin Trollip", published by Origami House (Japan 2016), and "Origami for Everybody", published by Nicolas Terry (France) in 2021.
