This model's got guts... literally.
Elegance or beauty are often represented in origami. But what about fear, disgust or unneasiness? The main difficulty with designing this model was finding the right details to represent these inherent concepts for a zombie. I could've done a twisted arm or missing leg, but insides spilling out was just what I needed.
Some more technical details: the model is folded from a 50x50cm of tissue foil paper, mostly for the realistic sheen given for the guts. Cuts are used for the guts, but they are linked to the rest of the model during the entire folding process. Once the zombie is folded, the guts are shaped and stuffed inside his abdomen. Gruesome.
