About Diana
I'm from Mexico City, I have more than 30 years working in the Graphic Design discipline with professional experience in the following fields: publishing, packaging, design pre-production and teaching.
I am a lover of life with the soul of an artist. I am always surrounded by brushes, colour pencils, scissors, books and a wide number of different papers.
I am an enthusiastic observer of nature and its divine intelligence, constantly reminding me of the privilege and great opportunity we have to be here.
I have studied and practiced paper folding since 1995. Since 2014, I have steadily developed my own pieces, primarily modular origami, and Froebelian studies at the same time. I have been published by AEP Spain (Pajarita), OSN Netherlands (Orison), specific projects in Mexico, participated in IG, Online Convention AEP, Froebel USA Convention, Folding Didactics meetings and other platforms.
I work as a teacher in areas of Art and Design, applying origami as a central part for learning concepts. I collaborate with people who require strengthening of cognitive functions, making paper folding a substantial support activity in their lives.
