Origami Nyxfire Pegasus
I wanted to design a pegasus with Box Pleating. So for The Year of Horse, I design Nyxfire Pegasus.
I tried to add colour change in wings, mane, and tail. I took inspiration from Origami Kimiro's BP Pegasus for overall shape.
I wanted to make it in small grid. So I fit it in a 32X32 grid. There are 128 partial grids, too, for the wings' feathers and mane hairs. For that I wanted to thank William Gozali. I used grid divider (1 to 4) from his design Condor v1.2.
This Lunar Year is The Year of the Fire Horse. So I chose red colour for wings, mane, and tail to look like flames.
In Greek mythology, Nyx is the goddess of night. So I chose black colour to represent night.
