FA34 KAKERU
Return to Entries
This work focuses on the process of making origami.
If you look to the left from the basic shape of the center, you can see how the horse "駆ける" (pronounced "KAKERU" in Japanese, which means "run"), and if you look to the right, the horse "欠ける". (Pronounced "KAKERU" in Japanese, meaning "break").
In addition, the three pedestals express the important flow of origami, which is "folding process", "basic shape", and "finishing" in order from the right side.
Through this work, I would like to convey the charm of the beauty of the folding process of origami.
