Most origami tessellations and corrugations are flat, but I've been folding 3D corrugations that hold their shape due to the right choice of paper as well as the stabilizing influence of the creases. This model is dynamic, a free-standing 3D corrugation, a bowl, and a lampshade folded from a large hexagon. It is not flat nor a cylinder but achieves its elegance through its multiple planes of elevation, hence the name Hex Mountain.
