AA01 "Valleys"

"Valleys" invites the audience to gaze into its peaks and valleys as they carry down to your eyes. It's a 100% fully efficient design that utilizes a very simplistic, yet intentional recursive sequence that remains harmonious amidst its asymmetry. This design is folded from a single 90-45-45 degree triangle and is considered "Pureland Origami" by folding sequence. To display, it can both be pressed flat or turned on its side and expanded to display its three-dimensionally. Not only does this design represent a naturally forming cascade of valleys, but valleys by origami definition as well.
