I am a person who has '断掌' (break palm). In Chinese belief, men who have these lines are considered to be lucky and can be successful. However, if a woman has these lines on both hands, the interpretation is reversed. So far, I have never wished for anyone to understand or think like me, but if it is the right thing to do, I will give it my all. Folding origami with recycled plastic to raise awareness of plastic pollution is one way I pursue this.
