Angel

Folded from an uncut square of painted double tissue paper, this interpretation modifies the proportions of the original design by Matthew Winnagun to make the finished model look like an adult, rather than a child. It also slightly modifies the hair, torso, and staff. The model was shaped primarily with water, rather than glue, giving the finished product a slightly more organic feel. The marbled texture of the paper makes the finished model resemble a stone sculpture.
