Through the use of tilted grid, this design achieves an efficient result without wasting any large portions of the paper or sacrificing detail. Using Mu-tsun Tsai's revolutionary ERM method for un-axial bp, the design can have large flat surfaces like the body and legs while also including smaller details such as the teeth, claws, and crest. Through these two main design techniques, this design achieves a complex, realistic, and detailed result, pushing the limits of what can be done with a sheet of paper to an extent that I believe is worthy of this award.
