Pulp Stiction: Collage as an Act of Resistance
USA
Pulp Stiction: Collage as an Act of Resistance is a national open call for collage and collage-adjacent artists. The exhibition runs October 19 through December 11, 2026 at Hopkins Hall Gallery on the campus of The Ohio State University, organized by Lovely But Dead in collaboration with the Columbus Collage Collective and Urban Arts Space.
There is no entry fee and no commission on sales. Every selected exhibiting artist will receive a stipend.
We are looking for work that engages with collage as an act of resistance. That could mean political dissent, personal survival, cultural reclamation, grief, rage, community, joy, or the refusal to be erased. Collage-adjacent work is welcome, including mixed media, textile, zine, and digital collage built from found or photographed material.
