The Origami Online Research Society (OORS) is a digital community hosted on Discord, dedicated to the discussion of contemporary research within the field of origami. The society facilitates monthly seminars featuring guest speakers who have published original research on diverse topics, ranging from computational 22.5 degree design to the mechanics of spring joints. Currently moderated by Neel Dalela and Jason Kim, the OORS serves as a collaborative bridge between global researchers and the folding community.
