A piece of fabric in the air full of lively prying eyes. They aren't all looking at the same direction; only one of them seems to be looking back at you. Did you find it? What does that look in its eye tell you? What does the gazing thing think of you, and what else is it looking at? This folded work might also be a metaphor. What do you think? Maybe, something along the lines of "being under surveillance".
