Four Kings

Four Kings, a boss from Dark Souls. An incredibly difficult subject to turn into origami. I used a massive sheet and grid to give it proportions similar to the concept art.

While size certainly isn't everything in origami, I knew I had to explore its extremes to be able to illustrate this model. I also had to balance the unreal proportions well with a clean face to express the humanoid within the spreading spikes of darkness.
