Dragonfly
I think my model deserves an award or a small shout-out. Because this design uses traditional methods of folding with added color change into the mix. The model uses the traditional frog base and using the four flaps that were the frogs legs and the extra flap that was use for the frogs behind. I used some methods I learn from folding different types of origami over the years. And this year in particular on July 1st I decided to challenge myself. I challenge myself into folding all the dragonflys I had in all origami books I have. And after I finish folding all the dragonflys, I decided to try to design one myself, I took inspiration from Shuki Katos Simple Dragonfly design. And did my own twist. And thus I have design and filmed a tutorial on my new design. I teach how to fold my new models every week on Outrageous Origami (YouTube).
