Myra Star/Mandala

Myra Star has 60 Versions to date and they are folded with triangles made from half a square cut diagonally. The Assembly is without Cuts and glue. The area of paper for the locks is fixed and the type and number of locks are same for All the Versions. All Versions have two locks, One at the front and Other at the back of the Star which help to fit the Units tightly. The Versions are designed by creating different patterns with color change and I have tried to incorporate some elements like bird, crane, boat, pleated leaf, 3d flowers like lotus etc apart from the geometric patterns in the Star. Some Versions are mirrored with same pattern on both sides of the Star. Some of the Versions have further Sub Variations too. It is a very Versatile Model and Am hopeful to discover more Versions of the Myra Star. The journey of exploring and adding more Versions to the Myra Star continues.
