Artist residency - Prisma Lisbon Portugal (Deadline Sept 13, 2023)

Prisma is a volunteer-led cultural association in the most diverse quarter of central Lisbon (Mouraria). The space exists to provide opportunities for emerging artists through exhibitions and events. As a resident, you will become immersed in Lisbon’s underground cultural scene developing your practice through independent research and collaboration. The residency is run alongside our exhibition program and schedule of cultural events in which residents are encouraged to participate! Included in the residency is accommodation with castle views, studio space, curatorial guidance, and a final exhibition/performance.

We are accepting applications from all cultural actors, including but not limited to visual artists, performers, filmmakers, writers, curators, and researchers. Places are available from October 3rd (1-3 months). July - December only studio residency available.
