Mountain Folders

Regular Meetings

When:
12:30 PM - 4:30, usually on a Sunday

Anyone can join our sessions by writing to me and telling me a sentence or two about themselves --- where do they live, what do they like to fold. This is really just so I know a real person is asking. Sometimes a parent will write to say their child is interested. A person can ask to join a session, and if they would like to attend sometimes (or all the time), they can ask to be put on our email list, which will inform them about future dates as well as giving information about what will be taught at the next upcoming session.

Generally we meet on a Sunday at 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM Eastern US Time Zone.

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM is for socializing

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM is folding time

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM is for loose ends.

Our models usually range from pretty simple to more complicated, usually not beyond intermediate, but that can vary. Our vibe is relaxed and fun.

Mountain Folders is an official COG (Community Origami Group) of OrigamiUSA. Our dates & brief description are listed on the OrigamiUSA website on the "Calendar" page.
