Origami Symphony No. 4: Capturing Vibrant Coral Reef Fish
Welcome to the world premier of the Fourth Origami Symphony! By combining origami with music, storytelling and the visual arts, an elaborate composition in four movements is brought to life. Tropical Birds, Coral Reef Fish, Sea Invertebrates, and Deltahedra weave a colorful story through origami.
Contained in this work are 37 original models, each a masterpiece by origami master John Montroll. Each model can be folded from a single square using standard origami paper. The first movement features colorful Tropical Birds including a Toucan, Quetzal, and Parrot. The second movement presents a dozen colorful Coral Reef Fish, half of which have stripes. Fish include a Butterflyfish, a Clownfish, Moorish Idol and more. Deltahedra with duo-colored Octahedra fill the third movement. The complex Sea Invertebrates of the fourth movement include an Octopus, Squid, and Jellyfish. All are of varying levels of difficulty and structured as a symphony in four movements.
First Movement: Allegro: Songs of the Tropical Birds.
Second Movement: Andante: Colorful Coral Reef Fish Swimming in Harmony.
Third Movement: Minuet of Deltahedra with a Trio of Duo-Colored Octahedra.
