Book

BEE, BUG & BUTTERFLY

The 20 models I have developed are presented in 160 pages of full-color step-by-step folding instructions. The models are mostly of intermediate difficulty; only one is easy. The book was written for teenagers and young adults. It bridges the gap between children's books and books featuring highly complex models.

Contents in the order they appear in the book:

  • Green bottle fly,
  • hoverfly,
  • tarantula hawk,
  • orchid bee,
  • hornet,
  • emperor dragonfly,
  • red-tailed bumblebee,
  • jewelwing,
  • hummingbird hawk-moth (multi-piece work),
  • gossamer-winged butterfly (semicircle),
  • large elephant hawk-mot,
  • old world swallowtail (triangle),
  • southern festoon (triangle),
  • mountain apollo (triangle),
  • pebble hook-tip (triangle),
  • tiger moth (triangle),
  • mourning cloak (triangle),
  • ladybug (multi-piece work),
  • metallic wood-boring beetle( multi-piece work),
  • european rhinoceros beetle (multi-piece work).
